It's that time of year again. Everyone is making resolutions for the new year, so we thought we'd establish a few of our own resolutions and goals for 2012.
As an end-of-year exercise, we recently sent a Client Satisfaction Survey to all our clients. On a scale of 1 to 5, we asked our clients to rate our performance in areas such as customer service, communication, experience, and professionalism.
At Walla Street, we feel so strongly about constantly improving our level of service that even though we received a fairly high overall satisfaction score (4.5 out of 5 stars), we want to make an effort to improve some key areas that we believe will grow our business in a positive manner and ultimately benefit all our customers as well.
It's About a Relationship
Everyone is unique. We really do believe this. Consequently, everyone's needs are unique as well. At Walla Street, we believe you should have a personal relationship with your wealth manager who understands your current situation as well as your future aspirations. Our goal for 2012 is to continue to grow each relationship we have with each one of our clients.
A Good Relationship is Based on Good Communication
Most everyone could benefit from better communication. We are no different. Good communication is the foundation for a good relationship. In 2012, we will continue to strive for better communication. We are committed to understanding your financial situation, clearly explaining our recommendations, regularly monitoring your plans, and proactively recommending adjustments when necessary.
